These terms cover dumpster rental provided by Blue Falcon Dumpster Rental in Stockton, California, and your use of this site.

Quotes and pricing

Quotes are given by phone as flat rates including delivery, pickup, the stated rental period, and the stated weight allowance. Extra charges apply only for tonnage above the allowance (billed at the disposal facility's rate), days beyond the rental period, removal of prohibited items, and any municipal permit fee. Prices shown on this site are estimates; the phone quote controls.

Placement

You are responsible for providing a lawful, accessible placement spot and any permission needed from a landlord or association. Street placement may require a municipal permit. We offer protective boards on request but are not liable for surface damage from placement you direct, except where caused by our negligence.

Use of the container

Load level with the top rail. Prohibited items include hazardous waste, paint, chemicals, tires, batteries, appliances with refrigerant, medical waste, asbestos, propane tanks, and liquids. Heavy materials must be disclosed in advance. Do not move the container once placed.

Payment and cancellation

Terms are confirmed at booking. Orders may be cancelled without charge before dispatch; after dispatch a trip fee may apply.

Liability

Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for that rental. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of California.
